“Great Software & affordable”

Pros : I've bought today a lifetime plan (1TB) and it is amazing how good the service is for reasonable price. Support is excellent - chat works great, I talk to real people instead of bots, all problems are being solved immediately.

“Untrustworthy. Do no stand behind their product. will cancel contract and keep your monry.”

Pros : Company is not trustworthy which means that they do not offer any long term value. They use to sell a pay upfront lifetime data backup plan. For all of us that bought that plan, they cancelled our accounts without any notice, deleted the saved/backed up data and then when contacted basically said too bad. Working with their support organization was a waste of time. They have proven they do not care about their customers and will not stand behind the products they they sell. So there is not value is purchasing anything from them

“Total Scam company. They dont deliver.”

Pros : Nothing

Cons : Total Scam company. I bought the Zoolz lifetime account as did thousands of others and we lost everything backed up when they closed down and rebranded as Bigmind. Don't be deceived by this company. they grab your cash and then fail to deliver, change their company name and start all over again. Total scam.

“Pathetic. Sincerely the worst cloud service”

Pros : None

Cons : They cheat with the plans... lifetime means a couple of years... User interface is unfriendly for the user They remove features in the sync software for the user avoidin automatic backups and restores
