Pros : Amazing software to manage entire travel business, it helps to improve your productivity of staff and gives complete query management, operations and billing, so I am glad to have this fantastic software provided by TravBizz

Cons : They customize CRM as per our requirement, but customization time is higher than I expected

“Third rated CRM with very very poor customer support”

Pros : Only good about the crm is it is faster than others in the competition

Cons : Worst customer service (0 ratings). Almost all the screens in the CRM are buggy. No guaranteed security with respect to your customer data (Email and Phone number)

Reason for choosing the software : We are maintaining our customer information but the system is very very buggy now we have decided to use Excel sheets instead of this cheap CRM
