“The software works fine and lot of updating is required in terms of making it more user friendly with such support services as email, SMS, etc.”
Pros : The software is in beta stage right now and at the moment there are no pros that I can really think of. We needed some support for a technical issue but support for customer service not available. Nobody responded to our queries.
Cons : I would like to list them one by one.
• More than one person cannot be assigned to one service. What if there is an assignment in which we have more than 3 people working, how do we allocate them?
• Email service not yet available to send clients w.r.t repeated services.
• Time management just got active but no one called us for training,
• Every time we create a new type of service, individually all members are to be assigned to the service, this is pathetic. If it is 3-5 employees we can understand and the same can be done. But when you have more employees, how do you expect to assign to each and every employee individually? What’s the use of having software if there are such issues arising in early stages of use?

“Basically, good software however there exists room for further improvement.”
Pros : The software helps streamline my work to some extent. The layout and structure of the platform is nice and so is the server response time. Calendar and notice board feature is a plus. It has a simple, effective, and easy to view dashboard. Sticky notes and to-do list are other positive features, though they need a bit of improvement.
Cons : It takes a bit of time to add a task. Also, there should be an option to completely disable a user when she/he leaves and add another one rather than going through the hassle of transferring from one person to another. Adding checklists is a complicated procedure. Communication channel for members to converse with each other easily is missing. Currently, no feature available to check for tasks pending and reporting module needs simplification as it is quite complicated.

“Helps in elaborating the positive sides of your project”
Pros : Able to manage work up to certain extent. Good structure in the software. Server is also having good response time. Calendar feature is good. Noticeboard feature is also good. Dashboard view is simple and effective. Sticky notes and to-do feature are good.
Cons : It takes a bit of time to add a task. Also, there should be an option to completely disable a user when he leaves and add another person rather than transferring from one person to another. Also, it should be easy to add checklists. There should be an option to communicate between members easily and view what work is pending. The reporting module can be simplified further.

“they guide for software search”
Pros : When I filled out the questionnaire, I was asked to provide a contact number and a time I would prefer to get a call. I would have liked a few minutes to review my answers even after submitting the information before I got a call from the consultant as I wasn't expecting one immediately.
