What you'll do

  • Responsible for handling Inbound chats and generating outbound chat
  • Identify customer needs through chat with minimum response time
  • Speak to customers and validate their enquiries
  • Document customer enquiry on CRM and assign to various teams
  • Update stakeholders with daily and weekly chat performance
  • Be responsible for customer satisfactionWhat you'll do

Requirement

Why you’ll need
